Two of our recent visitors, Peter and Denise Unger (Instagram // 4foottravelers), shared their experience while visiting us back in July.

“… this is the interior of the Submarine USS Bowfin. We couldn’t get over just how clean and polished everything was. Shiny polished brass everywhere. This here is actually the mess hall. The men would actually eat in shifts. It was the first time we had been in such a clean and polished sub….”

We encourage you to share your own stories from our museum and park on social media. And if you’d like to like get more up-to-date information on our park, please follow us on our social platforms.

Thanks to everyone who came out for our Kamaʻāina Sunday event held earlier this month in celebration of the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Force’s 125th birthday. It was such a joy welcoming local families, students, and service members to step aboard the USS Bowfin and explore the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum grounds.

We’re so thankful for the support from our community and loved seeing so many of you enjoying the exhibits, learning something new, and spending the day with us.

We hope to see everyone again soon!
